Committed to developing and promoting sustainable programs for people from all backgrounds & communities to come together, be together and belong together whilst enjoying the many benefits of sport & physical activity. The Hub endeavours to provide information, support, facilities / equipment, and advice on a wide range of sports and physical activities to make it easier for people to engage in a more active lifestyle.

A Hub Built for Everyone

Whatever your age, ability, or starting point, there’s a place for you here. Our Community Hub grew out of a simple idea: that being active together shouldn’t have barriers of cost, transport, or confidence standing in the way.

That’s why so many of our sessions are free with no booking needed, why our building has full accessible parking, a lift, and a pool hoist, and why our team has completed CARA inclusive training to make sure everyone feels genuinely welcome, not just accommodated.

We’re proud to work alongside groups like the Irish Wheelchair Association and St Hilda’s Services, whose members join our inclusive gym sessions and outdoor spaces regularly. As one IWA member put it, “The Regional Sports Centre is a fantastic inclusive facility with something for everyone.”

If you’re not sure where to start, just give us a call on 09096470975 and speak to our team or Joanne our Hub Co-ordinator  we’ll help you find the right session for you.
